The Schleich Horse Club is one of six gigantic play worlds that focus on horses and riding. At the center are the world-famous horse figures made of hard rubber, which the traditional company based in Schwäbisch Gmünd has been producing with great attention to detail since the 1980s. Who Invented the Schleich Horse Club?
Over the last few decades, the Schleich company has developed hundreds of different horse figures, all of which are still hand-painted today. A large number of different horse breeds, ages and attitudes have been developed here, which is hardly inferior to the diversity of the real-life models. This incomparable spectrum offers children a deep insight into the diversity of horse breeds. Whether Trakehner mare, Pait Horse gelding or Shetland pony, they are all lovingly designed and some are provided with details such as coiffed manes or braided flowers. The lifelike figures are all produced on a scale of 1:24 so that the accessories are compatible and the size ratio between the animals is correct.
What Accessories Are Available for the Schleich Horse Club?
The accessories in the Schleich Horse Club are almost endless and are available in different sizes and price categories. The detailed accessories leave nothing to be desired and offer numerous play options. The large play sets include a riding stable, a vet set, a riding school, a caravan for secret club meetings and various tournament sets. The absolute highlight for horse fans, however, is the Horse Club Lakeside horse farm. This large home with fully equipped stables and plenty of accessories is the current centerpiece of the Horse Club play world. Each of these large play sets includes numerous figures and small parts that add realism and variety to the creative play. Smaller play sets include individual horse boxes, grooming stations, carriages, paddocks or vehicles. They complement the large play sets, but also offer a variety of play options in their own right.
A special feature at Christmas time is the Schleich Horse Club Advent calendar, which is reissued every year. In addition to some horse figures, this contains small accessories such as bridles, grooming box or food, so that a playset for horse lovers is created day by day over the Advent period. The calendar is suitable for children aged 5 and over.
